Spearfishing tournament results and 2020 World Champs.

We are coming to the end of a busy domestic spearfishing competition calendar and many spearos will be considering potential trips overseas to warmer, often deeper spearfishing country. Good luck and safe diving to all those looking for hot action through Winter in New Zealand or around the world.

Tournament Results

A number of tournament results can be viewed on the Spearfishing NZ website

This is updated regularly so be sure to revisit if your competition is yet to be uploaded.

Spearfishing World Champs

A couple of months ago the organisation was calling for participants to attend the 32nd World Spearfishing Championships, to be held in Sardinia form the 17th to the 21st September 2020. We are not sure if any men’s or women’s slots are still open but if this interests you, visit the Spearfishing NZ website for contact details and further information.
